Clean villa, friendly staff, really cool

Unexpected, this villa wasn't this nice and comfortable. The location is very strategic for children's entertainment, close to the zoo, and for parents, this place is the right choice for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. This will be a regular villa.

Very good villa & family friendly.

for the water heater it doesn't last long (maybe the capacity is small).. so before finishing bathing the water has returned to cold temperature.. for some toilet facilities requested first.. maybe forgot.. room okay.. kids like it.. staff is fast and friendly.. in the room or inside the room there are no ants even though there are many outside. equipment is quite complete.. for the location during the holiday season it is better to go there in the morning.. because the area is indeed congested (across from Lembang Zoo)

The villa staff are friendly and responsive, cleanliness is quite good, there are kitchen facilities and complete equipment, the pool view is good but unfortunately it is not a hot water pool.

The place is clean, new building, comfortable and the employees are also happy. But unfortunately during the day there are a lot of flies.

Highly recommended for the Lembang area. Very close to Lembang Park Zoo & Dusun Bambu. The location is not on the side of the road so it is not noisy. Very satisfied & dare to recommend to other people about this villa.

Adem, calm, complete kitchen equipment, perfect for a staycation

Not a big property but very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped, room is very clean, the staff is very helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out time, the villa is clean and comfortable, suitable for bringing the family here, the atmosphere is really like being in Bali, the air is cool and cool, highly recommended to come here again, thank you.

I stayed in a family suite at a price of 5 million, in my opinion it was not worth it. Can't have breakfast, the front sliding door came off and some of the room door locks were broken, the sanitary facilities were minimal, only a toothbrush and smelly towels, probably not washed, just folded to dry and given to guests. The cooking utensils have damaged Teflon coating. Lots of flies entering all the rooms. The private pool was dirty, the children ended up swimming in the public pool in front of the room.

Feels like a holiday to Bali, suitable for family time. The only downside is that the pool doesn't have hot water, but they say it will be fixed, hopefully. But for the rest and the service is okay.

I'm sorry if I give a bad review, but my experience was very unpleasant there. For service, view and area are actually good. But when guests from other rooms were staying, the dangdutan was very loud, even in the 5th room we were already talking, shouting and still not being heard. Written rules at Omah Angkul Angkul state that it is not permissible to turn on loud music or cause commotion that disturbs other guests. But ignored. I checked in at 2.30, at 3.30 the dangdut speakers were so loud that they even sounded on public roads. Complain just turned off at 5.45. At 7.30pm karaoke continued until 9.30am. And after karaoke, it doesn't stop but talks loudly and plays cards until 1am. And at 7.30 am they started to sing again using the speakers. So we chose to check out as soon as possible. It is indeed the fault of the guests from other rooms. But it would be nice for the villa to be more assertive because it has written rules. Even if it may have been booked for a family/office event it should be closed to the public or at least there is communication to other guests there will be disturbances. As I said above, the service from the villa employees who are in place is very good, trying to help inform the disturbing guests, but maybe next time there must be a better way out from the management. It would be nice if there were management on standby or able to act if something like the one I mentioned above happened.

Pelayanan sigap dan ramah, pilihan tepat untuk staycation. Overall sih nice. Mungkin akan kembali lagi.
