Accommodation does not serve free extra breakfast.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Any parties or events are not allowed in this accommodation.

No shoes in the apartment

No luggage on top of furniture

No durian fruit or cooking of potent dish

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed

No commercial photography/videography without written consent

Guests are required to be 18 or older, guests under the age of 18 must have an adult present during the full stay

Guests are NOT allowed to make reservations on behalf of another guest

Facilities are accessible ONLY for guests under the reservation, guests not included in the reservation are PROHIBITED to use the facilities, and reservation guests are strictly PROHIBITED to invite outside guests to use building facilities

Guests shall respect tenants and staffs of the building and adhere to building management rules, including but not limited to proper use of building facilities

Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 12pm. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (extra fees may be charged). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses

Smoking, burning of incense, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a IDR 1,000,000 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages

Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay

Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost or damaged keys, key cards, or parking passes

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses

A security deposit (in IDR 1,000,000 is required prior to arrival and may be settled via virtual account, bank transfer, or credit card. The deposit is fully refundable and will be released within 3–15 business days after check-out. For credit card payments, or depending on the guest’s bank, the refund process may take longer—up to 1 month. Processing is carried out during standard office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
