the lights went out twice but they didn't prepare the generator oil even though the information from the night watchman often did turn off the lights, if often it should be well prepared. guests must wait long until the electricity is on again.

The service is friendly enough but not swift. Cleanliness is lacking, especially the bathroom looks dirty and smells of urine. Everywhere many cobwebs are found, giving rise to an unkempt and sinister impression. Many facilities do not function properly. We had difficulty and got lost many times to find the location of the hotel, because the map given by Traveloka was wrong.

When I want to check in at 3 pm, the reserved rooms are not ready, still dirty and there are some who are forced to look for other rooms - when they want to swim, we are asked to pay the entrance fee by the swimming pool clerk. even though room number was mentioned. And security awareness in the hotel area is still minimal because my sister lost sandals when going for a morning walk with her child. Overall good, large rooms for that price and large swimming pool facilities. just 3 points earlier, thanks.

For the hotel it did not disappoint, which was disappointing on the Traveloka website. In the application the distance is 1.6 rooms to the office, but it's only more than 17 km. This is very disappointing customers.

Very disappointing, in the application distance of this hotel from the BKN building 1.5 km, in fact 45 minutes drive. Gadung has not been finished like a haunted house, the interior is passable, the fishy smell around the hotel, quiet, far from the city, far from food sources, not worth saying hotel, very disappointed with the application because the distance of the hotel to the destination is very inaccurate.

I am a little disappointed with the promised facilities. Because I was given a room with no TV signal. It was said to the receptionist that the hotel already knew that the room was not a TV. If you know that, why are you giving the room to the consumer? Duh duh disappointed π

The hotel doesn't match the pictures. Reality is now a very poorly maintained place. Starting from inadequate room facilities, there is an unpleasant odor in the toilet, elevator that has no maintenance, pool water that has started to get dirty, lighting is not bright, street lighting from the entrance gate does not exist. Its certainly not very decent for a family hotel.

This accommodation might be suitable for a vacation because it is very far from downtown Pekanbaru. It's just a pity as poorly maintained, service is also not good, slow. I came to check in but there was no reception, then the room was booked for a long time, Nearly an hour more we waited for the key and even worse there was a cockroach in the room, we should have stayed 2 nights, but it was not strong with such conditions. So I submitted a cancellation for the next 1 night, but it was not the same as not submitting a cancellation because the money could not be returned, Already disappointed, loss again, this is the first time a message on the website this frustrated, unpleasant experience.
