Overall good, the reception staff are very friendly, thanku. I want to review a few points. 1. Soap despenser in room 7 on 2nd floor doesn't seem to work. 2. shower head preasurnya water is not spread. Like taking a shower using just a tap. 3. AC is not cold. 4. the sheet and duvet cover have a lot of yellow spots, it's not worth using it properly. Maybe pressing cost next time, okay? So it's still in use. 5. night around 12 o'clock I ordered food in the fo that is on the list of room service menu. there are only 3 menu choices. Even that the officer did not have said. 6. FP staff is very nimble ... young help. I borrowed double-sided tape and plastic bags for packing goods and was very responsive, thanks. That's all the input. Good luck and move forward then occupancy continues

The location is very difficult to reach, especially when going to stay there is a traditional event being held around it, there is no alternative way to reach the location, the road to the location can only be passed by 1 car when I finally cancel and find another lodging.

The bathroom door was broken, in the photo available there was a mini fridge, a lamp and a table beside the bed but it didn't exist. Luckily the hotel is close to the highway access and still in the middle of the city so it was quite helpful for me.
