Kekurangannya. 1. Ac nggak bisa dingin, 2. Resepsionis dan tempat menginap lain gedung, 3. Nggak ada handuk dan sabun, bilangnya sudah ada di kamar, jadi dari liat komentar orang-orang, saya bawa peralatan mandi, handuk, sprei dan sarung bantal sendiri untuk keluarga, secara overall ok sih untuk harga segitu, lumayan bersih nggak terlalu kotor, air panas juga ada tapi nggak terlalu lama, ok tingkatkan untuk lebih bagus lagi,

Kamarnya tidak nyaman, sprei dan sarung bantal sepertinya tidak diganti, kamar mandi kotor. Saya pesan untuk anak-anak, dan akhirnya kami tidak jadi nginap disitu, saat itu juga langsung check out. Memang harga tidak bohong, jangan tergiur murahnya penginapan, di gambar bagus, ternyata aslinya zonk.

The first time I tried OYO, I wanted to know the quality, it turned out to be disappointing. 1. I'm a layman and this is my first time here, I wanted to check in and of course I went to the place with the OYO sign, but it turned out that wasn't where the check in was, ended up going around and asking around, it took 15 minutes just to find a place to check in . 2. The security is all rude, no one is friendly, but I understand, maybe because he joined the apartment, his behavior is like that. 3. The sheets and pillows are dirty like they have never been washed. 4. Deposits cannot be opened cards. For this I understand, what to expect. 5. Yes, there isn't even one bottle of mineral water, even a small one, as cheap as the price is, provide mineral water, 1 bottle at Indomaret is only around 3000. 6. Parking is not covered. I also understand this, I don't expect it to be like in hotels which, even though they are attached to a mall, have free parking for hotel guests only. Conclusion: not recommended even just for sleeping. Because the important point in my opinion is that the cleanliness of bed sheets and pillows is not met. For other things, yes, I understand

Don't stay here, the sheets smell really bad, the mattress has all the springs, the pillows smell really bad, the TV doesn't have network, there's no wifi, the hot water doesn't work, just go in, see the condition and check out straight away

It's a shame there's no free parking, it's a shame if you stay for days, at least 2/3 days you can just pay for parking, then the room doesn't match the picture, not really, doesn't meet expectations, the deposit is too expensive for just this much and not there is fairness to customers

Really bad, got a room where the AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom sink didn't work, the toilet spray was broken, it worked but had to be turned on automatically from the side of the closet. There are no toiletries.

Didn't get a towel, only 1 soap. No water, the mattress was a bit worn and the pillow was soft and the cover was black as if it hadn't been washed. Elevator long queue. If it's suitable for transit, but if you want to relax, it's better to just choose a hotel.

Ugly ugly ugly. Deposits are difficult for people without EDC machines, now it's the cashless era, guys. Security is incompetent minus manners. Dirty room, mattress, torn sheets, no towels, no drinking water. The deposit is the same as the room price, the deposit is expensive.

This is the worst room I have ever booked on the app. Room photos are far from reality. The mattress was broken, the springs came out, the bed sheet was dirty, there was still hair on the mattress! The used condom is still in the cupboard! Dirty bathroom, mold! Cigarette butts everywhere, aren't the rooms cleaned before guests come in? Asked to change rooms, the other room was even worse. Don't let anyone be fooled again like me.
