In terms of cleanliness, tidiness, and room quality, it's okay, it's just the service to customers who may be a bit less friendly, such as not being indifferent to customers, the receptionist is always empty, no one is on standby, it takes a lot of time if you have to wait for the receptionist.

Ordering 2 rooms only gets 1 room on the grounds that there are no rooms at that price, the father explains fiercely, as if it was the wrong person who ordered, instead telling them to contact the traveloka, if there is a problem with the location, there is no problem, the manager is the problem.

Really bad service, we ordered two rooms and we confirmed to check in late at night, when we arrived at the hotel it turned out that there was only one room available! How can this happen huh. Hello! This is the fault of the stupid system at oyo or at this hotel, the staff is not friendly and there are no words of apology at all and seems irresponsible, the night passed furious, annoyed, angry and very uncomfortable

I ordered a deluxe room ehh instead I was given a standard room. Next, if possible, the deluxe room will run out. Don't make it up. Money matters !! But your problem as a frontliner is problematic! When it comes to the rooms are really nice, clean, tidy. The employees are polite

I stayed for 10 days. The lodging is economical when a budget hotel is priced at 200 thousand, it has gone up to 400 thousand, this inn is still at the price of 150 thousand, has a paid shuttle for trips to the airport. it looks like a boarding house, only towels are provided, room cleaning is available, drinking water is not available. you should bring your own air freshener because the room is a little damp. There is also a smart TV and WiFi.

Room according to description and picture. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, not smelly, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is also clean. One that is lacking is only a chair sitting in his room. If possible, replace it with a chair with a back. Next time will definitely come here again.
