Untuk pelayanan saya akan akui sangat memuaskan. Semua order dipenuhi dan memang kamarnya bersih. Tetapi memang untuk fasilitas banyak yang sudah harus diperbaiki. Seperti pintu lemari, tem [at sabun di kamar mandi, tempat untuk meletakkan selang toilet dan shower serta keran di wastafel. Semoga bisa menjadi motifasi untuk menjadi lebih baik.

Receptionist kurang ramah dan tidak helpful. Sudah dikasih KTP minta Surat Nikah (siapa yang ke mana-mana bawa surat nikah?) Terus ditanya bayar berapa untuk kamarnya (saya book di aplikasi sekian rupiah) dijawab "kok mahal betul". Lah saya yang bingung kan situ yang kasih harga. Tuas shower dan gantungan shower tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Keran wastafel mau lepas.

Kamar krg bersih agam berdebh dan krg "siap"... harapannya sih sebelum masuk di bersihkan dulu atau disemprot pewangi sedikit. kamar mandi juga krg bersih.
