Be careful staying here I stayed in room No. 3 downstairs for 2 nights, at night the night guard with the characteristics of thin body crew hair, peeked when I slept when I was caught running straight away, the next morning I immediately checked out because I was afraid, I lazy prolong the problem.

The service is okay, Ms. is very friendly, the one who has it is also good. A few days and decided to extend here too. Unfortunately my room air conditioner wasn't cold enough, even though my mom and sister's room was cold. I just don't want to complain, because it's really okay for me, no big deal. Next time to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again. thank you so much!

The car park is difficult, the receptionist checking in at night is drinking alcohol with his security, I am in room 01, the air conditioner is not cold at all. Want to change rooms, afraid the receptionist was drunk. As a result forced to sleep all night in hot conditions.
