Asked for 54 thousand when checking in. The room smelled musty, there were ants on the mattress, and the pillows had brown spots. If you want to go to Bogor Valley, you better look for another agent, not here, so you won't get extorted when checking in.

Towels and other cleaning equipment were not provided, due to a miss in the system, the customer was sacrificed.

The room is very dirty, smelly. The sheets have never been washed, the pillows are flat + lots of drool, the mattress is super full of bedbugs, the pillows are almost full of bedbugs. It has never been cleaned at all. Very disgusting

But until the location was told to pay again because it didn't match the room rate, you got 1 towel, a very small and thin blanket, toothbrush soap and so on, selling for 10k if you wanted to buy it. The toilet's hot water is safe, but the water keeps leaking, which is a shame. The AC takes a long time to cool. The sound of the road is so loud it makes sleeping uncomfortable. Got a room that contained 2 empty rooms without anything in them (my wife said it was a horror that someone knocked on the door in the morning from inside even though it was empty). Card access is not provided but there is someone guarding the lift door 24 hours a day.

Budget hotel. Complete facilities. However, the lighting is a bit lacking. Hopefully the future will be better.

With a price of 250/night, you can't really expect to get luxurious facilities, but at least provide TV facilities & before the person who orders a room comes, they should first check the condition of the room. Because for the first time in my life I booked a room with inadequate conditions (when the bathroom door was opened there were lots of cockroaches, the AC wasn't cold enough, there were no TV/WiFi facilities, no soap was provided).

The air conditioner is hot, they are still asked for an additional 60 thousand even though they have paid according to the application.

Until the apartment told me to pay again. Even though the vocher was published from Traveloka. The rooms are not really decent 🤫. Just abysmal sleepy finally sleep too. No recommendation.

There's only 1 drink even though there are 2 guests, then it's like soap, usually this is available to buy.

The entrance has to wait for someone to come out because you have to use an access card, you want to go to Indomaret too and the swimming pool goes in and out and you have to use an access card, so if you don't have one, you can't. The elevator is small and you have to take turns. If it's only for one night, it's okay, but for a few days it doesn't seem like it.

It was getting dark in the building, the blanket had many holes, the bathroom was not maintained, there was no lighting on each floor, the TV couldn't catch any programs.

The hotel is just B, doesn't get amenities. Only 1 towel, no curtain. Bad experiences.

Really disappointing. Tv has no picture, only sound. The mattress was broken out of the wire. The curtains have holes in them. Dirty bathroom. Bnr2 is not recommended.
