They are scammers. I have already booked a place to stay at the hotel, but they said they do not work with the app. We were forced to go home even though we had paid in full. 👎🏻

The cleanliness of the bed and bathroom was lacking. TV just displays alias broken. Receptionis lacking personnel, whenever needed reception room is not there people. Please improve the hygiene and service facilities to be considered. Thanks.

Pretty good service tp no facilities. The wooden bed was broken, so was given an extra bed. Bathroom was clogged, so floor flooded. The swimming pool is green. There are insects. Delicious food

Bad service, at check-in room not ready. No bath towels. Receptionist not standby on the premises, difficult to contact hotel clerk, no breakfast. Service is not worth the price offered, the price should be 50% if the servicenya like this.

for hotels in rantepao, rantepao Lodge Hotel is quite comfortable to stay even though from the front like an old hotel..kebetulan I come at 7 am and when I get to this hotel I do not have to wait until 2 pm to check in. the hotel is quite crowded when I stay because by chance in rantepao there is an event, the scenery behind the hotel there are many rice fields of the population and I quite comfortable stay here considering this hotel is quite cheap compared to other hotels ditoraja. unfortunately the hot water dihotel this works at night. if for food I have never eat dihotel this, because I prefer to find breakfast outside while enjoying the morning air in Rantepao. this hotel does not use air conditioner because air in rantepao enough make you shiver.

Its strategic location really deh deket everywhere. To lolai not far, to londa not far away, to kete'kesu also not far away. Deck into tourist objects. Decet into alfamart too. Hotel room cleanliness please be more guarded so that it can be a plus plus plus.
