It was a scam.. We have to pay for more when we arrived. Even some of my colleagues didnt get a room even when they already booked from traveloka. The cashier just said that it was traveloka's fault. Some of the room air-conditioning were not cool. Never ever go this hotel.

Good and cheap, I hope the telephone number can be contacted outside of active operating hours and use WhatsApp so that there are no obstacles when you want to check out at any time, especially if there are scheduled needs in the morning and you have to check out

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the price is affordable, the location is strategic, the facilities are quite good. But unfortunately, there are no tissues provided and drinking water is only free small bottles. The parking lot does not have a canopy or fence. Hopefully the facilities will be improved. Next time I visit Balikpapan, I will definitely stay here again. Overall, great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

According to people's reviews, the location is easy to reach. The receptionist is very friendly and kind, the room is clean and fragrant, I didn't expect the price to be cheap, the service is very friendly, makes you feel at home for a long time, I've stayed here twice. Just a suggestion, please speed up the wifi because it's not working, thank you

The place is comfortable, very close to E-walk and many other eateries nearby, and there's also BCT access right across the street. Overall, I highly recommend it, and the lady is also friendly 😇🥰
