The location is strategic near the toll road, there are many food stalls around the hotel, a bit inside so it's quiet and not noisy. The room is spacious, really cool using Sensatia and the towels are thick and good, like a 5 star. The best thing is that they give you a free mini bar, lots of them. 3 drinks and 3 snacks. The breakfast is okay, it's quite good.

The swimming pool needs to be looked at again. Because the chlorine is so bad, my child's hair has been stiff for more than 2 weeks.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the building is old but the bedroom including the bathroom is clean. Complete amenities. Quiet, but because I got a room in the corner, next to an empty yard with grass so there was a bit of a cat smell.

The room is okay, swimming is good, not too cold and not too hot, can play badminton and mini futsal. For breakfast, it's delicious, the downside is the dimsum is limited, first come first served 🤭. Thanks for the service, Papyrus, hopefully the renovation will be finished soon.

Awalnya sedikit kecewa karena saat check in AC panas, panggil teknisi tetap tidak berubah. Minta pindah kamar, namun menunggunya lumayan lama. Untungnya petugas atas nama Mbak Ella sangat membantu dengan sopan bahkan meminta maaf berulang kali dan dengan sabar menunjukkan kamar pengganti, mengijinkan saya untuk memilih kamar dengan AC yang lebih baik, very appreciated, she should be awarded employee of the month. Namun sebagai masukan, AC kamar hampir seluruhnya sudah usang dan tipe lama, lebih baik diganti dengan yang lebih baru sehingga performanya lebih baik. Kemudian juga harga tambahan breakfast-nya cukup mahal untuk sekelas hidangan breakfast-nya. Saya pernah di hotel yang lebih modern, breakfast lebih variatif biayanya hanya 65rb. Mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan lagi biaya breakfast-nya. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini tidak mengecewakan dan akan tetap jadi hotel tujuan saya saat di Bogor. Keep up the good works. Thanks.
