Stayed for the second time, complete facilities for a low budget. Soap, shampoo, body towel, hair towel, hair dryer, refrigerator, smart TV, water refill in every corridor.. Akh, it's complete kap kap.. Really love it. Breakfast has quite a lot of variety, hotel access is in the middle of Puncak & Bogor city center is not far. Next time I will bring my extended family here

Seriously, this is a truly magical hotel. The price is incredibly cheap, but the quality isn't cheap. I deliberately chose the cheapest room type because I was only going to sleep at night after a long day of activities that started at dawn. I didn't expect too much, as long as the bed was comfortable. The location, at the Gadog intersection, is very strategic. You don't have to go to the Puncak area, but you can still get the cool air, and you won't get stuck in traffic on your way home (check out). But it turns out... my expectations were exceeded!! For just the superior size, it's fully carpeted after the bathroom area, and the cleanliness is top-notch, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The lighting isn't just any old thing, aka not dim, so it's quite bright. The water heater is fast-responsive. Usually, hotels need to be turned on for a while before the water gets hot. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and you can still connect to the restaurant on the ground floor. 2 (I got a room on the 4th floor) The bed is soft and comfortable... The facilities are great: swimming pool, tennis court, mini futsal, basketball court. Golf carts are available for access to these facilities, and pick-up and drop-off are available. There are also adult-sized bicycles available for free. THANK YOU PELINDO RESIDENCE!!

The hotel staff was friendly, and we were allowed to check in at 2pm because we arrived too early. The restaurant didn't offer much variety. We booked 3 rooms, but one room was a different size. Overall, the kids liked it. The price is recommended. Thank you 😊
