Recently stayed here for a business trip and had a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access my office, and the check-in process was smooth with professional and welcoming staff. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was cozy. Pop Hotel BSD is a great choice for business travelers, and I would consider staying here again.

Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy 😁. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

A good hotel, close to ICE, so it's not too far from the hotel. Improvements could be made, including fixing the shower and peephole, which can prevent the shower from remaining static and the peephole from closing. Communication between staff is crucial, as there have been miscommunications regarding "do not disturb."

We initially stayed there because we wanted to watch a concert at ICE BSD, and this hotel was one of the closest. The location is very strategic.
The breakfast menu has a wide variety and is quite tasty, but unfortunately, the rawonny wasn't hot, so the fat clumped together.
The hotel and room were quite clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the bathroom, which was like a portable bathroom.
The only downside was the bidet, which sometimes wouldn't drain.

The check-in process was fast, I got room 123, but unfortunately, I looked for the direction of the Qibla in the room and it wasn't there. I asked the receptionist via WhatsApp, but the officer insisted there was one. Then a security guard came and admitted there was no Qibla direction sticker, so he finally showed me the Qibla manually. Please check the room carefully before denying it.

The bathroom exhaust is very noisy when the light is turned on, it sounds quite loud, the room is not soundproof, activities outside the room can be heard disturbingly.

The check-in process was fast, I got room 123, but unfortunately, I looked for the direction of the Qibla in the room and it wasn't there. I asked the receptionist via WhatsApp, but the officer insisted there was one. Then a security guard came and admitted there was no Qibla direction sticker, so he finally showed me the Qibla manually. Please check the room carefully before denying it.
