Hotelnya luas, teduh dan fasilitas lengkap. Lokasi yang perfect untuk liburan keluarga muda maupun keluarga besar. View dari kamar menghadap laut dan lingkungan hotel teduh. Di belakang hotel selain ada 4 kolam renang bermacam ukuran dan bermacam fungsi, juga ada pantai yang bersih, nyaman dan tidak padat turis sehingga kami bisa menikmati berendam, berenang di laut dan main di pasir dengan leluasa. Kita juga menyewa sepeda/jalan kaki menyusuri track yang telah tersedia dari Sanur ujung kiri sampai ke ujung kanan. Untuk pecinta pejalan kaki/sepeda, inilah tempatnya untuk healing. Di malam hari hotel live music dilantunkan di pantai. Kamarnya cukup menyenangkan, ada teras di depan di mana kita bisa menghirup udara segar di pagi hari dan menikmati sunset. Receptionist dan staf pendukung lainnya ramah dan helpful. Sarapan pagi bervariasi dan enak.

This has been our family's favorite hotel for the past 20 years, even though it's still called the Sanur Beach Hotel. But the service and cleanliness are undeniable. Oh, and the Italian restaurant is a must-try. The grandchildren loved swimming at the beach and in the children's pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. We have been to Bali many times and stayed in numerous different locations and different hotel styles. We noticed cigarette butts on pathway from pool which remained until we left. Some mornings at breakfast we didn’t get offered tea or coffee due to the lack of staff. There were problems getting a sun lounger everyday with people getting to the pool at 7am putting out towels and not returning for hours. I noticed this a lot as I went out for an early swim everyday. The room was cleaned everyday but to a minimal standard. I appreciate it’s a large resort and we did travel in the busy period, Australian school holidays, but I don’t think we would return.
