The room is comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, only the toilet water drainage is not smooth and stagnates for quite a long time, hopefully it will be repaired... otherwise it's ok

The location is very strategic in the Jatinangor area, as it's close to three well-known universities. The staff is excellent, the Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is quite varied, though we found the Sumatran cuisine to be a little lacking. Overall, it's a good and solid place to stay.

breakfast are excellent. clean room. calm and shooting atmosphere. swimming pool only open at 7AM to 5PM. large prayer room. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Problem with Wifi, experiencing signal loss in my room. this is my first 3-stars hotel, overall good 👍

Booked 3 rooms, check-in was a bit long, especially the other 2 rooms that were not ready because the previous guest had not checked out, cleanliness and staff were okay, breakfast lacked variety for the fairly high room price, overall this old hotel, although quite old, is still highly recommended.

No Wifi for this price. Bath tub clogged. Bath sink clogged. No mats in the bathroom. Water from water heater is unpredictable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Only 1 key card issued. No laundry bag. Furniture is old, like they belong in a museum.
