Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. Really affordable, spacious, comfy and super clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The only problem I found here was the bathtub trip lever. It didn't work well. Hopefully the next time I visit here, everything will be perfectly fine.

Affordable price. We Love our executive suite room. The spacious room with sofa makes our stay more comfortable. The shower has a bath tub which my daughter loved it. We also loved the swimming pool. You also can enjoy lot of varian for your breakfast. We’ll love to stay again in this hotel on our next visit to surabaya

The hotel is nice, the service is friendly. However, the bathroom's technical aspects might need more attention. There was a leak during our stay, but hopefully the hotel technicians have taken care of it.

I bought it through Traveloka, but the selection wasn't right... I paid more but didn't get what I paid for...
The superior room's AC wasn't cold at all. I even requested repairs three times, but there was no solution.

Lazy housekeeping. The doormat wasn't replaced, even though it was wet. The dirty floor and carpet were left unattended. Lots of hair stuck to the fabric. They only fixed it after complaining. I complained twice.
The asparagus I ordered first had shredded meat, but the second didn't have any.

It's very comfortable to stay here, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is also spacious, the swimming pool is great, it's also half indoor, if it rains you can go to the one with a roof... the only downside is the breakfast, it doesn't feel very good

First time staying here and overall it was good. The receptionist and other staff were friendly. There was enough motorbike parking, but the night security was not so friendly. Had a nice chat while entering the parking lot they didn't give me a parking card. Fast Wi-Fi. There were some stains on the pillows and bed but still okay. The gym didn't have AC maybe because it wasn't used. Next time I'll come back here if I want a staycay.

Overall it's good, but when I entered it was a bit hot. And I've reported it to the FO and it's been checked too. It should have been executed that day, but I had to wait first. That's all. Not enough satset, that's all. Although I finally got a change of room the next day. Overall, the place is comfortable 👍 more improved.

Thank you for allowing early check-in and the room view as requested "city view", I like it. The staff was friendly and confirmed in advance that the single beds had to be put together, (no problem). But they didn't confirm that there was a connecting door :). Luckily I brought earbuds, because the room next door was incredibly noisy, and that person was snoring loudly like a train, non-stop all night long. Crazy. It could be heard all the way to my room. It was like sleeping in a crowd, even though I was alone :).

It’s good to stay here. Close to the city center, if Sunday morning is also very close if you want CFD. The room is spacious with affordable price. The view is also quite good, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. It’s just that the AC is not cold enough, and the room door is a bit difficult to open. But overall it was a great experience, and will repeat stay here if I go to Surabaya again😉
