Beautiful place, very authentic, classy quiet peaceful and wonderful staff. Used the spa on the last day which was amazing. 3 restaurants all serving 1st class food at a very reasonable price, close to the Gili islands for a day trip snorkelling or just a roam around.

I liked: - Surroundings was clean, comfortable and beautiful - honeymoon cake was delicious - many food options - staff are friendly and tentative - excursions were good I did not like: - toilet was outside in our villa - noisy, can hear traffic from road at night - extra charges at breakfast - happy hour only for alcoholic drinks - communication of Ocean Day turtle release was very last minute (we were unable to see this as we had already booked tour)

We stayed in this hotel recently for 7 nights and can not recommend it enough. Lovely room with a great ocean view and a nice balcony. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The teams in the restaurants and around the pool made sure that all our needs were met whilst not being too instrusive on our time. We ate in the seafood restaurant and the Indonesian restaurant and both were delightful. Its close to Senggigi Beach, just pick up a taxi outside and there is a mini mart for supplies just up the road.

Our Seaview Villa offered exactly the level of privacy we were looking for, and the views from the three pools were simply breathtaking. Every evening brought a spectacular sunset. The entire team made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to the warm and attentive staff at reception, housekeeping, Qamboja Spa, and the three restaurants Quali, Qerang, and NooQ for making our holiday truly special. A particular highlight was dining at NooQ. The Italian dishes were not only authentic but also exceptionally delicious. Thank you, Chef Vittorio Negri, and your talented team, for your outstanding hospitality and culinary artistry. You made our second visit feel like a return home.
