Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Any parties or events are not allowed in this accommodation.

1. Walking with shoes inside the apartment is not allowed. 2. No luggage on top of furniture. 3. No durian fruit or strong-smelling dishes. 4. No clothes drying or visible furniture/decorations on balcony. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 6. Illegal activities, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited. 7. No commercial photography/videography without written consent. 8. Guests must be 18+, or accompanied by an adult. 9. Guests are NOT allowed to make reservations on behalf of another guest. 10. Facilities are for registered guests only. No outside guests allowed. 11. Guests shall respect tenants and staffs of the building and adhere to building management rules, including but not limited to proper use of building facilities. 12. Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 12pm. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (extra fees may be charged). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 13. Smoking, burning of incense, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a IDR 1,000,000 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 14. No pets allowed. Guests with service animals must notify us in advance. 15. Lost/damaged keys, cards, or parking passes will be charged. 16. Report damages immediately. Unreported damage may be deducted from your deposit. 17. By booking, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in fees or cancellation. 18. Do not move large furniture. Moving the bed/mattress will incur a IDR 500,000 fine.
