friendly staff and most importantly the room is clean, fragrant, clean and comfortable. The AC is very cold for the price, it is very worth it, I will be a regular customer when I go to Malang.

sadly I get a room where the neighbors room is often in and out room, the sounds of slammed dorr makes me unable to sleep

The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also good, the AC is also cold. But unfortunately there is a chicken sound during break time. So it's a bit disturbing for those who are sensitive to sound. The rest is good and there are no problems.
