Parah, cuma bagus di foto saja. Kamar kecil sekali, keran wastafel bocor dan karatan akhirnya patah (saya cuci muka gosok gigi di sink cuci piring dapur di luar), tidak ada jemuran baju, gantungan di kamar mandi dan cermin padahal itu basic sekali, karyawan jarang di tempat hanya sesekali muncul cuma tempel nomor kontak, tv tidak berfungsi, paling parah sore sebelum malam tahun baru air mati total sampai besoknya tidak ada solusi karena pompa rusak, karyawan hanya terima komplen saja tanpa solusi dan customer harus terima nasib, sudah terlanjur bayar dua malam, tidak bisa refund, kamar tua bau debu jadi bersin alergi. Bayar 550 ribu per malam karena high season untuk villa sebobrok ini, tolong aplikasi jangan posting iklan karena customer merasa dijebak sudah bayar di muka. Padahal saya bukan tipe orang yang mudah komplain.

Saya 3 hari 2 malam, di Villa Krisna sejak dateng sampai check out tidak ada air untuk mandi, buang air besar, kencing, saya sudah komplen ke Pak Nyoman tidak ada tanggapan, sudah ke penjaga kalo lagi saya komplen cuma bilang mau kasih tau bos, sampai saya check out tidak ada air di kamar mandi dalam kamar, maupun di area villa, saya buang air besar terpaksa naik motor sekitar 10 menit ke M mart terdekat, sambil belanja numpang buang air besar disitu, saya mandi di toilet SPBU atau di dekat pantai Balangan, saya tidak direkomendasikan untuk sewa di sini kalo tidak mau nasib seperti kami, 3 hari tidak ada air, sehingga kadang malam jam 12 atau jam 1 sakit perut harus cari mini market yang masih buka untuk pinjam kamar mandi.
