The receptionist service was less than friendly. The parking policy for overnight customers is not clear, there are a lot of extortion, they are charged more than what was promised for the parking fee which was said to be flat 15 thousand but it turns out that is not the case. The room was dirty before the guest wanted to check in, the sheets were scratchy, the AC was broken and hot and didn't work!

Just judge for yourself. Up to 3 times changing rooms, nothing was right. The receptionist doesn't know anything. The cockroach wasn't in the photo. I didn't stay overnight. It hasn't been 10 minutes since I checked out. No refunds. Thanks.

Sebenernya ada harga ada kualitas pastinya. Cuma baru kali ini dapet harga lumayan murah kualitasnya juga ampun deh. Dari mulai malam 1 seperti yang di lihat di foto yang saya unggah. Toilet nya mampet sampai banjir. Wastafel juga mampet. Kasur juga di kasih yang twin dan per nya ampun dah sakit banget. Malam ke 2 pindah ke kamar yang kasur nya queen atau besar. Cuma tetep per kasurnya blesek ke dalam jadi bikin tidur tidak nyaman baaget. Dan kamar mandinya nggak bisa air panas 😔😭 (lupa ku foto) maaf sebelumnya kasih review seperti ini. Karena ke depannya supaya lebih di perhatikan. Karena saya selalu mendapatkan harga murah dengan kualitas yang bagus. Makasih.

The room was paraahhh, dirty, the receptionist didn't want to show us the room before we booked, unlike the usual hotels or inns, anyway, I don't recommend it, the room photos don't match the original, disappointing😡, in the end we didn't stay at that hotel, we're looking for another hotel

The electricity token makes a noise and I asked for it but it wasn't given once in a lifetime, the one who stays here doesn't want it anymore fyuh! Dirty mattress all stained! The access road is really bad!

That's bad. It's time for the electricity token to run out of sound, when I go to the receptionist I say all the electricity tokens have been used, the intention to take a break can't even be due to the noise of the token sound in the room. Huhh the cleanliness is also lacking.

Tilis and dirty mattress. I even canceled my stay... it's okay that the money didn't come back because I couldn't sleep... because the cashier was very thin and the sheets were dirty especially.
