I've never been this frustrated. I was so upset all night because there was no water in the bathroom. I waited from 11 PM to 6 AM, but nothing happened. I ended up taking a shower in the next room. I had to call the manager three times, but the hot water wouldn't come on. No towels were provided, and there was only one bottle of water for two guests. Next time, please improve the service. Water is essential for prayer.

The room is okay, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, there is soap, the hot water is always on, the glasses are very dirty so wash them first if you want to use them, the mattress has sagging springs, the view is nice, overall it's okay.

for the price of 200 thousand it's worth it because the atmosphere and view are the best even though it's close to the highway but it's not noisy, got a room (cemara) with a direct view of the hill Unfortunately the spring bed is felt, making sleeping less comfortable🫠 the mat doesn't absorb water, the spider's web in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the bedcover also smells musty (even though it's clean). hopefully in the future there will be improvements

There is no hot water, the swimming pool cannot be used, lots of ants, there are bits of sand on the bed🤦🏼‍♀️ towels are dirty and yellow, no tea, sugar, coffee. Really not worth the price of 350 thousand🥹😂🥲

The view of the hotel is cool, there is a swimming pool but I don't dare to take a shower because it's really cold hehe, the staff is friendly, the rooms have a traditional aesthetic feel, close enough to Kawah Putih, Situ Patenggang, the cold air is really nice, hot water is ready too so you don't get cold if you want take a shower, basically if you go to Ciwidey you will definitely stay here again

The view of the top room is good, the staff is also friendly, it's just that the terrace is not very clean because there is a lot of lizard droppings, you don't get a toothbrush and toothpaste, there are no restaurant facilities or stalls to buy supplies while staying.

Tempatnya nyaman, cuma waktu ke sini kolamnya belum diisi jadi enggak bisa berenang. Di kamar Villa Puspa, mohon maaf sedikit bocor pas hujannya agak besar, tapi overall it's ok.
