I checked in at 8 PM because I was from Jakarta. The pictures showed it was clean and the price wasn't cheap. When I entered the room, it looked like someone had just used it. The floor was wet. When I went to take a shower, I found a wet towel that had been used. The bed was messy, with what looked like semen stains. Since it was already late, I couldn't go anywhere since it was far from the city center, so I threw away all the pillows and other things.

The online booking process is very tricky… I need to pay extra Rp 100,000 at counter for the hot shower which is not mentioned from website…The distance from city center is very far and no eating place nearby…When booking online the name of the hotel mentioned other Red Doorz hotel which is closer to the city…but the moment I arrive for check in the front desk asked me to go to another red doorz hotel 5 km further up the hill…The information provide online and the distance not accurate…They give me non AC room also not clearly mentioned online… Very dissapointing

Dirty blanket, dirty bathroom, rude staff, no AC + TV, only one towel given, basically disappointed staying at this hotel.
