The water is off The toilet is broken The room is for 2 people, but the facilities are for 1 person The facilities are not up to par The price is not right. I booked and paid, but was asked to pay extra to change rooms.

with the price of 500k, it is very far from the facilities in the hotel, even though hotels under 300 are already comfortable + very good, especially the cleanliness is very far, the sitting toilet should be properly maintained, this is even my goodness, even going to the toilet is a hassle, and soap + toothpaste are also not available, for us personally, this kind of experience is enough 🙏🏻 hopefully in the future cleanliness will be prioritized 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please be honest, don't take the opportunity to cheat people who want to stay at your place!! We have booked from Traveloka but the owner denied it and said that they didn't feel like receiving a message from Traveloka and also the room was full!! Not one or two people who came were always treated like that!! Even if we wanted a refund, our money was cut by 40%, isn't that crazy!! I even complained and wanted to report it to the authorities, but in the end I was given a room too. YOU ARE CHEATING OTHER PEOPLE!! IF I HAD NOT BROUGHT A BOY, I WOULD HAVE LEFT THERE AND ALSO YOU DIDN'T EVEN THINK YOU WOULD BE CUTTING OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY BY 40%, IT'S WRONG!!!

Clean, strategic location but no air conditioning remote, have to ask first sm koko .. nm in the application nm on the board is not the same, so initially I thought wrong t4, if the address is appropriate
