The location of the Redoor is strategic but there are no amenities, the cleanliness is lacking because there is a lot of crust in the toilet, the towels are worn out, but the sea view is nice & you can see the ship when you open the room curtains

The staff is friendly and helpful. But the room is really dirty, oh my God, it's a shame even though the location is good, by the sea, the room is also big, but the maintenance is really lacking. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the shower is rusty, the curtains are no longer usable, there is no TV channel. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life, the room is really not suitable😭

Unmaintained bathroom: leaking toilet hose causes flooding in the toilet floor area, no water heater, shower has no hook and is rusty, toilet for defecating is not clean.

Lokasi dan view dari hotel ini sebetulnya cukup oke. Tapi kebersihan kamar rasanya sangat-sangat kurang, sprei seperti tidak diganti, gorden terlihat sangat kotor, kamar mandi juga sepertinya jarang sekali dibersihkan. Untuk mendapatkan handuk pun saya harus berjalan sendiri memintanya ke resepsionis 🫣. Entah itu hanya di kamar yang saya pakai atau di kamar lain juga. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik 🙏.
