For the very affordable price, the hotel was very comfortable and well-suited. The room was comfortable and clean, with drinking water, soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very cold. There was ample parking, making it easy to park. Although it might get wet when it rained, it wasn't a problem. There was a hot shower, and it worked well. A big plus was the prayer room, so you could pray there. But with every plus, there are also downsides. First, I got a room with lots of chairs in front of it, but unfortunately, it was being used by other guests for smoking. So, cigarette smoke wafted into the room when I opened the door. It would have been better if the smoking area was in front of the reception area, where there were chairs. The chairs near the prayer room for hanging out were designated as a no-smoking area, because, frankly, it was in the middle of the rooms. Then, the air conditioning in front of my room was dripping, so my shoes, which were placed in front of the room, got soaked. It was a real shame because they were leather shoes. Then, the special order notes stated early check-in at 12, but it turned out they couldn't, hehe, but that's okay, we could play first. But overall, I was satisfied with my stay here; it's strategically located.

The room smells musty when opened, it should have been cleaned again before guests arrived.

The splash toilet is broken and cannot be used. Broken shower cannot be used.

Lokasi tengah kota, cocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga, akomodasi bersih.

Tempatnya gampang di akses. Untuk kamarnya bersih, kamar mandinya juga bersih. Tv nya sudah bisa akses wifi. Resepsionisnya ramah. Lahan parkirnya juga mudah. Sengat rekomen sekali untuk tempat persinggahan.

Sprei kotor dan banyak bercak-bercak.

Easy to go anywhere, for that price it's good to get. The bed sheets are no longer white but it seems like the average RedDoorz is like that.

Pelayanan yang tidak ramah & mencoba berbohong tentang penyediaan kamar. Awalnya kami diberikan kamar yang tidak sesuai dengan pemesanan. Awalnya kami diberikan kamar yang kecil dan tempat tidurnya bertingkat naik di atas (katanya untuk kosan) & harganya di bawah pemesanan. Alasannya kamarnya penuh. Padahal pada aplikasi kamar yang ada di foto sekarang masih available. Setelah kami meberikan keluhan & berdebat, baru kami dikasih kamar yang sesuai di foto & sesuai harga. Meskipun cat temboknya lusuh & tidak bagus. Apakah kamarnya disengajakan untuk tidak diberikan? Kami sangat kecewa atas perlakuan ini. Kami tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini. Pelayanan tidak jujur & mencoba menipu. Kami sangat kecewa.

Untuk harga under 200k gak expect banget bakal sebagus dan senyaman itu. Lokasi strategis, bersih banget banget, wangi, suasana juga adem banget. Pokoknya 10/10 rekomen banget, bakal booking di tempat ini lagi untuk perjalanan selanjutnya ✌🏻.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and safe! The location is strategically close to culinary, pharmacies, health centers and schools. Highly recommended for travelers or those who only visit Malang at an affordable price but the main comfort. Oh ita the staff are all friendly and good service.

Suasananya nyaman dan tenang, kamar bersih, pelayanan sangat baik. Kalau ke Malang lagi, bakal nginap di sini lagi. Harga affordable, untuk harga murah melalui aplikasi baiknya booking paling lambat 2 hari sebelum rencana menginap. Recommended banget.
