RedDoorz Syariah near Lombok Epicentrum Mall

We booked two rooms during a high price period for the MotoGP event. It felt like a home-based boarding house. We slept soundly, the sheets were clean, and the floor was spotless. The bathroom in the downstairs room, 1.3, looked like only the floor had been cleaned. The corners of the walls were covered in cotton-like cobwebs, spiderwebs, and small insects. The sliding door wasn't secure; if you slid it too far, it left a gap on the right side. When you opened the door, you were immediately greeted by a gazebo where people chatted, drank coffee, and smoked all night. It wasn't very comfortable. The upstairs room, 2.6, was relatively good, except for the dim lighting. Strategic location, plenty of food. If you're unsure, just go to the mall next door.

Disappointed... booked a room downstairs but was given an upstairs room because the downstairs was occupied.

A transit point before returning to the airport, close to the mall and lots of street food not far from this accommodation.

The hotel staff is friendly, 24-hour standby, close access to the city center and especially the mall because I brought the kids, the room is clean and comfortable, just a suggestion, it's better to provide bottled water instead of refills 😇

I'm really sorry. I feel uncomfortable with the mattress, pillows, and sofa. There are lots of insects like fleas. I was itchy and had hives all night. I couldn't sleep all night. Even though I chose a deluxe room. Please clean the mattress and sofa by washing/vacuuming it.

Bed bugs cause itching and sleepless nights. Smelly toilets

Really like the semi-industrial concept of the room.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was definitely a highlight. The location is remote, making it difficult to find food. The restaurant's food is less than recommended, with prices, taste, and variety being better. Overall, it was very enjoyable.

The location is close to shopping centers (Epicentrum Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret and others). In front of the hotel there is a fairly complete and cheap food seller.

The hotel is comfortable, the atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are nice, clean, neat, fragrant, and the hotel staff are friendly.

Overall it's good and comfortable, but the bathroom shower is really small, and the hotel towels are not very absorbent, not the usual hotel towels.
