Since this is an apartment, don't expect a receptionist to be on standby. The rooms were sold out and I was asked to upgrade for a fee.

Baru kali ini kami mendapatkan perlakuan kasar dari admin apartemen. Saya memesan kamar ini untuk om saya yang dari luar kota, tapi ternyata om saya tidak jadi menginap di kamar tersebut, posisi kamar sudah lunas kami bayar dan kamar kami biarkan kosong. Namun paginya saya mendapatkan telepon dari admin bahwa kami dituduh membawa rombongan ke dalam kamar dan membuat kegaduhan di apartemen. Padahal kunci apartemen ada di rumah saya, dan kami sama sekali tidak menginjakkan kaki di apartemen tersebut. Admin tersebut mengintimidasi dengan kata-kata kasar. Kami meminta pihak apartemen membuka CCTV dan ternyata tidak terbukti, admin tersebut meminta maaf dengan alasan kesalahan koordinasi di lapangan. Namun kami sangat kecewa dengan umpatan kata2 kasar admin tersebut. Dimana admin tersebut sebaiknya bertindak profesional. Saya terpaksa memberikan review ini bukan untuk menjatuhkan. Namun sebagai masukan untuk pemilik apartemen agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan lebih baik lagi. Terima kasih.
