For facilities not good and not bad, all it’s normally but for the service i think so difficult for deposit money we must wait 2x24 to take money back…. And we not have service room or some like that… not have something special for this place

It's actually good, but unfortunately it's lacking in maintenance. The air conditioner in the room is broken, some lights can't be turned on/broken/dim. Lots of small animals/insects/caterpillars. Up to the swimming pool. There are small frogs entering the house. The outdoor chairs are broken. There are bicycles but they're useless, both of the tires are flat. The dispenser can't provide hot or cold water. The staff on duty are not very informative. At first they said that instant noodles are free, when they wanted to check out they turned out to pay 6k/pcs. There's no toothpaste. Paid 900k but it really didn't meet expectations. The room key is a bit tricky and prone to jamming, it took 30 minutes to lock it lol lol. The toilet is safe, but the exhaust is really dirty. For relaxing with friends, it's okay, but for honeymoon or family. No way. I'll think twice if I come back to stay here again. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
