This is just an apartment room, there is no standby staff room, when we checked in we said we would check out later at 05.30 and the officer named Karna agreed, unpleasant incident happened at check out we waited until 06.00 and we called Br who might still be sleeping apparently did not come to return the key and a deposit of 300,000. The staff's answer was instead we were told to leave the key in the room and promised to deposit the transfer. At noon around 12.00 the staff named Karna reported that he could not transfer because our account was said to be Invalid, it was a very long-winded process, impractical, many reasons for the account being active.
