Nice view and very cool, beautyfull place

There was no key to the front door, which according to the guard was taken by the previous guest, so there was a risk if we left the place. The blanket was also not very clean, as if it had not been changed by the previous guest.

No breakfast, Comfortable & cold 16°c👍🏼.

It doesn't match the photos, the bathroom is dirty, there's no hot water, no toiletries provided at all.

Room facilities are not good and not complete

Very comfortable and pleasant, only the bathroom had a leaking pipe so it was noisy, in the room there was a big rat that entered the kitchen so it was not comfortable and clean.

It was all good until rats ran around the cabin and stole our meals at the dining table. Rats can also climb the cabin wall; It was a nightmare. Meals taste good and reasonable price. Water heater is too loud, and quite tricky to turn the hot water on.

The location is close to the highway, easy access

The location is very easy to reach. The cleanliness of the room is clean minus many flies, maybe before being placed in, guests can be sprayed with insect repellent first. The bathroom faucet leaks, the bathroom becomes wet, making it uncomfortable.

Not recommended, fly and mouse inside the cabin. Slow wifi, half day is not working.

Sorry but I'm disappointed staying here. At night I couldn't sleep at all, the sound downstairs was very loud, I didn't know whether people were mice (btw the cottage was like a house on stilts) my sister slept upstairs and immediately came down because there were mice walking around. Chairs broke. The back seat is not suitable to sit on, the ladder often hits your head because it is in the middle and every sharp edge sticks out, not really for those who bring children, recommended for 6 adults, while the toilet is only given 2 pcs and only 1 bottle of shampoo .😌 got 3 towels, coffee, tea, sugar are available, there is also a stove, there are eating and cooking utensils, but the kitchen is broken, so it's hard to get dishes, the bathroom when you enter is very dirty, there's a lot of hair in the bathtub, the walls are dirty, the mirror has a lot of mold, the hot water isn't hot if it's already hot, it can't be turned down again so it's just warm, the toilet spray water also leaks, you can park in front of the cottage, but if it rains the stairs are slippery.

everything is fine except the Wi-Fi signal is bad, I even got to the hotspot from my own phone to set up the smart TV, because last night there were mice until I couldn't use it because of the mice

The location is very strategic, close to many tourist attractions, craters and lakes, quite close to the food center, the view from the window room is very beautiful, but unfortunately the structure is still very lacking (there is no wall insulation, so bring a jacket, socks and others in the room), at night the wind can easily enter the room (from between the wood) accompanied by the sound of the wind hitting the cabin building feels very loud (like it's going to fly) so it's a bit nervous at night, hot water is also difficult to get out, so to take a shower you have to boil water, other facilities such as blankets, water stoves, cooking utensils are okay.

The location is right to go everywhere, I thought there would be a cash fee if I brought children, but it turns out there is not. The view is also great. Not obstructed by houses.

For the location. Quite strategic but for the service and facilities are very lacking. I stayed in Cabin 1. For an allocation of 6 people, only 2 towels were given, if asked for, they were given. Only 2 toiletries for a 2-day stay. What's worse for accommodation in an area with very, very cold air, the hot water is very minimal, let alone for 4 people to take a shower, even taking a shower alone is very small. The bathroom does have a bathtub but that's it. For 1.3 million a night, it's really sad to get facilities like that. Oh yeah, for food, there was no breakfast or you could order something to eat, they said the cook was on holiday, the hotel admin was not responsive at all. When I asked for a Dieng tour package, they didn't answer at all, when I got there I was immediately asked if I wanted to take the package.

Towels are not provided, maybe you have to ask first, room slippers are given after asking, wifi and TV channels including local TV are not available from 12 at night until checkout, finally tathering using your own cellphone, the cabin door lock is a bit hard and difficult, not worth the price .

The view is beautiful... The temperature reaches 13 degrees at night, there is a bathtub, food prices are affordable, to access here it's better not to go through Krakalan

The location is on the side of the road & the cleanliness of the cabin is very well maintained. Next time I will stay here again
