My 3-day, 2-night stay here was incredibly comfortable. The room smelled good, was clean, and spacious, and the air conditioning was super cool. I was really satisfied with my stay. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There's a gym and a great kids' corner. I really liked it because I brought my 1.5-year-old baby here and she was so entertained.

Thank you very much to the Royal Hotel staff, I left my shawl when I was about to check out, and I just realized it at night, one of the staff who we already know each other, because we have stayed at the Royal Hotel several times (Mr. Yucky), I asked for help to ask, it turned out that the shawl was indeed left behind and had been stored, once again thank you very much for all the kindness of the Royal Hotel staff, GOD Bless and more in my heart for the Royal Hotel 🙏🙏

This hotel is strategically located, close to the LRT station. The lobby is on the first floor, so you have to go up one floor. You can only check in at 4 PM.
There aren't many elevators, so the wait time is quite long.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but because this is an older hotel, they have a distinctly "old" feel. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is slow and not soundproof either.
The breakfast restaurant is on the same floor as the lobby, with a variety of food, standard hotel fare.
The swimming pool is NOT kid-friendly; it's all indoor pools. Children should always be supervised.
I think the room rate is overpriced, considering the hotel's age.

The room is comfortable, the view is also good,,, there was a little incident when at 3 am someone called and said a friend was coming, while our family was staying here, no relatives or friends knew,,, this made my rest a little disturbed,,, overall this hotel is ok and recommended.

Definitely worth the pennies, the staff were very friendly, The food was very delicious (except the soto, kinda too salty for my taste) I asked for higher floor when making the reservation and they give the 19th floor which has amazing view. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everybody :))
