Ekonomis, praktis, dan nyaman. AC-nya bikin nyaman, tidur jadi pulas. Suasana kamarnya bagus untuk istirahat karena senyap. Ada tempat salat, WC bersih dan nyaman dengan shower. Cocok banget buat transit ke stasiun atau bandara. Pemiliknya ramah banget ke pengunjung. Makasih bapak dan ibu🙏, senang menginap di sini.

yes it's true .. cheap .. only 50 thousand .. but that doesn't mean with only one bathroom for about 20 people (on the 2nd floor) if I remember correctly .. also the bathroom on the 3rd floor is very improper even the water smells like sewage .. really .. really smelly .. what's more dark .. no lighting at all .. the room's AC is also not cool .. lots of mosquitoes .. all night staying there I couldn't sleep soundly .. cleanliness is still number 1 and also must be friendly to visitors .. especially the male receptionist who looks like he's annoyed .. before staying already I'm already in the mood .. hopefully it can be better in the future .. it's a shame even though the location is also very close to Surabaya Gubeng Station

The owner is very friendly, the room is nice, the AC is cold, the food is delicious, but sorry I'm not comfortable here, I only slept for 2 hours because there was a big family who was so noisy, before checking in, please give a warning to not make noise because it will disturb other guests, if necessary, each room should be given a "no noise" sticker and prohibited from making calls in the room area

Traveloka should terminate their partnership with Rubikz Hostel & Cafe because it's like a caged hut. I'm very disappointed. I took the executive room, but what amenities did I get?
1. No toilet.
2. The bathroom was full of worms.
3. The room wasn't soundproof.
4. Lots of mosquitoes.
5. The AC wasn't cold.
6. No towels or soap.
7. No water.

This hostel is suitable for transit using the train, but if you want to stay here for the whole night, it is not recommended. The staff is very friendly. Next time I transit again, I will stop by here 🙏🏻

Shocking by booked this property. I'm not expected that it will be this horrible. Check in was manual writing in booked, no have proper reception table, it was just Warung Padang table. Bed sheet looks old, no blanket, washroom sharing but not sure about cleanliness because I just check in and left this property after 10 min and the owner not even return a single money aftee I cancel. Well it 's my mistake because it 's written non-refundable but hey humanity exist, how you can take charges for the customer who not even use your service. I don't recommend you to try this property.

As someone who loves to vacation, the friendliness of the host is the main thing. Imagine, we step into an area, go to the inn which can be said to be tired, then faced with an unfriendly officer. For me, Rubikz has completely failed to give a pleasant impression. Furthermore, the facilities are very bad. My capsule room was only covered by a sheet, not a curtain. The light socket did not work, so I slept with the light on. The mattress was also bad. My back hurt after sleeping. Even before I fell asleep, it was very uncomfortable. If the officers were informative, friendly, and willing to take responsibility, maybe I could review this place more smoothly. Unfortunately, I did not get that. I do not recommend this inn at all. Poor facilities, zero friendliness, questionable cleanliness. Completely not worth it.

Staff lack communication with other staff. After checking in, I went to the sound of the place for a while, when I was about to go back to the room, suddenly I was approached by a staff from the front who didn't know (maybe) when I checked in earlier.

The bed is very dirty. And the air conditioner didn't function well. So it has very hot and lots of mosquitoes, difficult to fell into sleep. Only one shower & toilet.

Far from stalls or minimarkets. There are no alternative restaurants nearby apart from the hostel's. AC is not cold. The electricity went out for several hours, there was no generator as an anticipatory measure. It would be nice to have liquid bath soap provided.
