Booked a hotel here for parents, immediately called the hotel, asked for the closest access from the lobby so you didn't have to go back and forth far and the request was fulfilled, given the 2nd floor, big and nice room, friendly receptionist, strategic location, when I wanted to check out it was a bit late because it was still There is a relative's wedding event outside but there is no charge, thank you very much, I hope the hotel will be more busy.

The room was very spacious, very pleasant when I held a surprise birthday party for my friend in the suite room. Of course I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and relatives. Staff services are very friendly and able to meet customer desires and needs. The hotel interior is very elegant, homey, cozy with wood elements. I love it!

Maybe because the building is old. But it's comfortable, not scary. It's clean and comfortable, but the wifi is lacking and the TV is complete, but not all channels can be accessed. The breakfast is quite good. At first it seemed like a dud, but when you enter, wow, it's very spacious. 2 heads of families can all fit in at a cheap price. It's a shame I couldn't bring my family because I booked the room just to find peace and comfort during the PPG KEMENAG exam.

The staff at breakfast are very friendly, I got a cheap price with a good room on New Year's! The hotel entrance gate is also 24 hours so it's easy to get in and out without disturbing the security guard. Just report it, no need to open or close it 🤩

For standard rooms, the bathroom cleanliness is lacking, some towels are dirty. For the room, it's just right and the AC is cold, unlike when the deluxe room's AC was not cold enough 😁 hopefully it can be better.
