Overall it's quite good. The room is quite spacious, everything functions normally. It's just that the hotel atmosphere is not comfortable, it feels less lively. Ordered food through room service, the taste is lacking but the price is a bit expensive. Hopefully it will be input & can be improved in the future.

It is located close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. The room is nice and clean, comfortable to stay at the Sahid Airport Hotel. The FO is friendly and very helpful, all the staff are friendly and always greet you. Thanks Sahid Airport

Clean and comfortable room, cold air conditioning, friendly FO staff, stayed 4 nights, the second day was cleaned but I refused, the third day was not cleaned, I don't know why I requested amenities from the FO but they weren't sent to the room but I just kept quiet. That's all, overall it's good, only the housekeeping is not very friendly.

The atmosphere is not comfortable. The room feels cramped for the price. And if indeed all rooms are non-smoking, it should be stated in the information on the Traveloka booking. Don't just check in and then be told that all rooms are non-smoking even though in the booking we asked for a smoking room

Check in was late at night because I had business during the day until night. Actually, I had felt something wrong with the AC from the beginning. Sure enough, the AC was not cold in one of the rooms on the 6th floor. At around 3.15 am, I complained that I wanted to move rooms because the AC was only blowing out air. 10-15 minutes later, a technician came to fix the AC. Because I was annoyed that I had only slept for 3 hours (woke up every hour because of the heat) I still wanted to move rooms. In less than 5 minutes, I was immediately moved to a perfect room. Thank you staff and receptionist for your alertness.
