The room was comfy and spacious just like in the pictures. The front desk officers were super nice and friendly, one of the lady officer let us have an early check in and they helped us to store our luggage. Definitely will visit again when I'm in Malang!

Hotel yang sangat bagus, lobby-nya keren, kamarnya nyaman, pelayanannya juga sangat baik. Receptionist & security ramah, satu lagi makanan di resto-nya enak banget favorit ayam geprek & ayam goreng bumbu kecapnya. Karena kemarin menginap pas tahun baru jadi dikasih hampers cemilan+minuman dari hotelnya (terima kasih banyak ya). Jangan ragu untuk menginap di sini, sangat recommended. Kalau nanti saya ke Malang lagi pasti akan kembali menginap di same hotel. Sukses selalu ya! ⭐5.

Close to the station, easy access to everywhere, there are also many delicious places to find food around the hotel, good service, the staff are very responsive and friendly, neat and clean, the view from the hotel room is good. I chose the family room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was spotless with complete amenities. Breakfast was also delicious with a varied menu. Dinner was ordered from the restaurant because we couldn't just borrow cutlery. The food was delicious, fresh, and very affordable. Cons: only one access card.

There's a 50,000 IDR deposit, and overall everything is comfortable. The only downside is the limited parking, but there's a security guard and the Valley system allows for parking assistance. The AC settings aren't as standard; if you set them correctly, they'll be cool. Oh, and I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at all.

We didn’t expect anything since the hotel is quite cheap. BUT, luckily the hotel was so good, so spacious, clean, and really surrounded by many famous places. Also it is really in the center of the city. Even we only walked by from train station to this hotel. Very convenience!! Surely will go back here again if i visit Malang in the future :)
