asked for a room with a big bed, they gave me a twin bed that was put together. the room is not soundproof, people upstairs can be heard walking, especially if they are taking a shower. people walking outside can be heard loudly in the room. the water heater doesn't turn on, WEIRD

Got the price per night at a rate of 350 thousand, this hotel is not recommended, I got room 501, on the 4th floor there is no elevator up the stairs, no help carrying things to the room, when I entered room 501 the room was dirty and dusty to the point that the soles of my feet were black, dull, dirty and dusty

Accommodation located not far from the city center. Easy access using motorized vehicles, only limited parking space, not recommended if using a car. A pleasant stay experience, easy and fast check-in, rooms according to request. It's just that the cleanliness in some corners of the bed, and the bathroom is less noticed. Overall good experience.

Staff are friendly, clean bedroom, clean bathroom, minimized and compact yet functional facilities. I can sometimes hear the sound from outside, but at a tolerable rate. The price is worth it, and there is no big reason not to choose this hotel on the next trip. Easy check-in and easy check-out.

Poor value for money. Bathroom is not well maintained, floor is slippery, and no hot water. Bed, linens and towels are thin and worn out, room and hallway feels dark and creepy. No elevator. When I was checking out and walking out of my room, I did peep into another room that was being clean and it looked better, so maybe I was just unlucky. Plus points are, AC in room is good, location is great, only about 20 minutes walking to Tugu Train Station and Malioboro area. Short walk to alfamart, and theres a great coffee shop on the ground floor. Staff was friendly as well.

Disadvantages of asking for a 1-bed mattress but in reality the twin mattresses are combined into one, there is no water heater (coffee & tea), there are no hotel slippers, the floor is dirty, there is no telephone, each room is close to each other making it noisy.
