The AC is not cold enough, there is only 1 towel and it is broken. No shampoo, 1 toothbrush. The facilities are lacking. Only the hotel building is nice.

no wifi password given, dirty and dusty hotel (maybe because there was an addition of units next door) we rented 2 rooms, the mattresses looked like they had been used, even in my child's room there were still eyelash extensions left on the mattress (too bad I didn't take a photo) the towels were dirty and smelly and only given 1, the bathroom leaked so when we entered the bathroom the floor was wet

I was really shocked when I was about to sleep at night, it was really noisy outside, there were people running and making a lot of noise outside, then someone tried to open my door even though it was clearly locked and it was 2 in the morning. My friend and I pretended to be asleep and ignored it. Honestly, I'm not familiar with the area, it just so happened that there was an event so I just ordered it. So far, I really feel unsafe when I want to sleep 😭

The hotel is old. The room was clean, but the sheets and pillowcases were dirty. There was a little mold, so it wasn't very clean. I guess that's to be expected since it was cheap.

I have set the AC to 16°C turbo but it still doesn't cool. It's hot, you only get 1 towel. It's useless to type 2 guests in 1 room. There's no bathroom blower either.
