Plus. Strategic location. To Malioboro, just walk, there are also lots of souvenir & food centers around the hotel, so it's not difficult, for example if you just want to stay, not going anywhere. The rooms are clean and not stuffy. The bathroom is also clean even though it doesn't smell good and there is no blower, but there is a bathroom ventilation window. So the minus activity in the bathroom can be heard all the way down the hall. There was no hot water, I had to take a long shower twice and the direction the tap was moved was also not hot. In the room I stayed in 1H, there were no windows so the view could only be enjoyed in the room. TV only available local channels. The mattress is soft, the side near the wall is normal, but the side next to it is loose, maybe because there are no chairs so it is often used for sitting. The door often makes a sound when another room is opened. At night it sounded like someone was knocking on the door with their nails. I'm personally timid, I probably won't go back there if I stay alone.

Not comfortable, dirty sheets and pillowcases, no warm water, noisy sounds from outside. Employees are very friendly. Hopefully the future will be better. And you can stay here again because it is strategic.

My group and I stayed here in 3 family rooms, the rooms were quite spacious, clean, the AC was cold, the hot water was smooth and strong, very satisfied, especially the strategic location on the side of the main road, making it easy to get in and out of the car so you didn't have to drag your suitcases inside. alley😍 road access to Malioboro is just a 5 minute walk via the alley near the hotel so you can go back and forth if you want to go for a walk, there are lots of souvenir shops around the hotel so don't worry about forgetting to shop for souvenirs, there are lots of breakfast around the hotel, especially if There's lots of food around the hotel at night 😍 If I go to Jogja I will stay here again 😍.
