The room was very clean, the shower water was flowing smoothly, and the staff was friendly and willing to help when I had trouble turning on the TV. For the price, I think it's worth it. Hopefully, it'll be even better in the future.

Just be careful when using chairs in the room, the chair is broken after you sit on it and then you have to charge it, everything else is pretty good

Asked for twin but got 1 big bed, if there is no twin, don't sell a room with twin beds. The AC is hot, it can't withstand the hot weather of West Surabaya. Then what is the difference between premium and regular?

RedDoorz bukit Palma Surabaya recommended ya. Kemarin karena rumah saya sedang ada perbaikan yang cukup urgent maka saya memutuskan menginap di sini, kebetulan posisinya ada di wilayah Northwest Citraland sama dengan Aeea tempat tinggal saya, persis di sebelahnya ada Alfamidi baru yang jam buka nya dari pukul 06.00 sampai 02.00 dinihari.
