This place is so cute! Very vintage-retro vibes, cool old gigantic bathtub in the room, nice pool and cafe area. I felt relieved that the price-point was affordable. It's on a quiet alley but right near the main street so you can easily walk to yoga, the beach, cafes, and groceries.

Solo female traveller.
Had a lovely stay here. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.
The rooms are enormous and it is super quiet. They are stand alone (one above another) with a staircase in between so you don't hear anyone.
The bed is very comfortable and the water is hot and good pressure.
No safe in room but room safety box at front reception desk with key.
Only Indonesian plugs in room so take a converter.
Breakfast was basic but nice. Egg station and pancakes.
Down a side street so you have to walk around to get to the beach road but not too far. Bicycle hire onsite (very cheap) so I just did that and rode everywhere!
Pool is very nice but it can get a little crowded and if you want peace and quiet probably not the place. I just rode my bike to the beach and hired a lounge for the day and sat there! Money changer and supermarket right next door & plenty of lovely restaurants and bars close by.
Overall a lovely place and I would stay again.

This is a lovely old traditional property but is in need of room upgrades,bathroom grout very dirty,pool nice but has many broken tiles.
Breakfast very basic, eggs rice noodles toast fruit,same everyday.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room, Pool Access. It had the wooden doors which made the room a little dark. Next time we would book the room with the large glass doors. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We really liked the traditional building with grass roof and the tropical garden space. The pool bar is not in use.
The room is adequate although, as many others have commended, tired and could do with a refresh. The air-conditioning was ok for June but preferred something more effective. I don't believe this would be sufficient in hot months like February.
Great location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach front and many cafes. Very poor WiFi/internet connection.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area by the pool and in their cafe. Not great if you are a non smoker.
Nice seating area outside. Sheets were not changed in 12 Days which is a bit disappointing. The photos online are true to the accommodation.

I felt the area was a little rundown. I’ve had better but the staff make up for it because the staff is actually incredible. Their service level made up for any of the issues we had in the units so if you like service, no problem.

The photos are definitely misleading for this hotel. The rooms are very old and outdated. The extra bed that was put in our room was rusted and had screws sticking out that I had to screw in myself to avoid injury.
The rate we paid for this accommodation was very over priced.
It was very quiet. Although this was only a one night stay for us in between destinations.
Personally I would not return to the cottages and if my stay was longer than one night I would have cancelled.
The amenities were very poor, there was no soap or shampoo in dispensers.
The bath was HUGE and no support rails to get in or out to shower. Non-slip may provided to place in bath while showering was very old and moulded.
