Deposit asked for 110 thousand, returned 100 thousand, don't understand why it was deducted. Parking is not free

It's a bit difficult to find the place because it's in a combined shophouse so you have to ask around to get to the hotel. Because it's close to the train, you can often hear loud train sounds that disturb your rest. If you want to find a quiet and comfortable place, this is not it. The room is neat, clean and comfortable. Check-in is a bit complicated because you have to go through QR and fill out the form yourself, then you are asked to send a deposit of 100 thousand per room which is not listed. Parking is written as 20 thousand in the description, calculated if the vehicle stays overnight in the hotel area. If you go in and out, you will still be charged 5 thousand / hour for cars, so if you want to go in and out, it's not recommended here. I checked out at 5 o'clock, the parking attendant was not ready at the place so I was still charged the normal 40 thousand, not 20 thousand.

Kamar nyaman, namun nampaknya tidak ada pembersihan di kamar ya per hari nya, padahal sudah ditekan tombol make up my room. Mungkin bisa lebih baik lagi.

The room is quite big, there is additional space. Only lack of access to the room and when you enter the room there is always an unpleasant smell like the smell from the bathroom, there is no wifi/internet so you bring your children so you can't watch TV. But thank you!
