Seruni Hotel Gunung Gede

Overall, it's clean and good, with good facilities. It's cool, even though it's busy, it's still consistent. It's just a shame that Netflix wasn't accessible from last night until the next day.

My first time staying at the Seruni Hotel was on a weekend, and it was quite busy. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms 2. Plenty of entertainment facilities. The kids loved it. There were lots of swimming pools, and there was a place to feed the animals, which made them happy. There was also a playground. Everything was free, except for buying animal food (Rp. 5,000). 3. The hot water in the bathroom was good. 4. Although there was no air conditioning, the room was cool. 5. In the evening, there were traditional music and dance performances, as well as a food bazaar (I don't know if this is held daily or only on weekends). It was very entertaining and lively. Cons/Suggestions: 1. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow. 2. The TV picture was unclear. 3. The staff (lobby staff and security) didn't explain things in a coherent manner when I asked about the shuttle bus to the tree house. 4. I found the breakfast menu to be average... the fried rice was a bit tough, and the fried chicken was also a bit tough... 5. I think the staff's hospitality needs improvement... at the hotel next door, everyone always said hello... and that's worth emulating. 6. I tried dinner at the restaurant, but the taste wasn't particularly special... I'll be back in the future... because the kids enjoyed it...

I called to confirm the food because it took so long to arrive due to the busy phone line. I also didn't answer calls to the laundry. Besides the above, Seruni is a comfortable place for a weekend getaway.

always fun every time I come here, no need to go out looking for activities for the kids, just stay at the hotel and it's enough to swim, play with animals, lots of photo spots, clean rooms, coincidentally this time I came during the holiday season so it was crowded. I've been here during the weekday, it's different, it's really quiet, I'm more satisfied but the vibes are a bit spooky when it's quiet. overall I like it 😍

I really enjoyed staying here. The service is excellent, and the location has lots of swimming pools, so the kids really enjoyed it.

2nd time staying here.. the view is not salak and not big.. next I want to try the hobbit one.. hopefully there is good fortune and I can come back here

Previously stayed at junior romantic. The second time stayed at junior romantic again but the room was much different, better and more magnificent than the first. The second time was disappointing and small. How could that be even though the type is the same price -+ the same. Called the receptionist Request to move rooms want to be like the previous one is okay but it's complicated to transfer to friends this and that. In the end, you can move rooms as long as this room has not been used. But it was my fault too because my child had time to use the toilet so he was not allowed to move rooms. If only it hadn't been moved for too long and complicated. Very disappointing even though the price is not cheap. The information said that the room I wanted was on the 4th floor. Mom is okay if she's alone on the 4th floor. YES IT'S OK, why? Should I focus on filling the good rooms first? Instead, they gave me a bad one even though the rate is the same -_- very strange. What's wrong with trying to please the guest? Besides, if the difference is this small, the type and rate should be different, not the same. There are indeed 2 (romantic suite and junior romantic) but among the junior romantic rooms, the difference is very big, so I feel like I'm at a loss. Previously, I've stayed here many times, I've been to the hobbit, to the mountain view, etc. from when I didn't have children until I had 2 children Once, I accidentally broke a glass in my room, and wanted to take responsibility for replacing it, I talked to the receptionist, and was charged 100 thousand Just a glass, I don't think the charge is -_- remember, the hotel tourism in Puncak is starting to get quiet, new hotels have also started to appear. Child & family friendly hotel. If you are on vacation, look for a complete package for children and families, Seruni is the best choice. The towels smell like they have been stored in a cupboard for a long time. There is no fragrance. The breakfast variety and taste are still lacking.

the check in and check out process is easy and fast, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are many facilities, Seruni Hotel is really cool, highly recommended....

Overall it's okay, upgrade it for live music events or other shows.

Okay, overall good. We and my family like this hotel. Maybe we will stay again next holiday.
