Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

Perfect escape / staycation during kids holidays if you have nowhere else to go for your agenda. Horizon lounge facilities are the best, aqua playground is kids favorite.

this is my 2nd time went here with my family its always a great experience, the kids pool is the only one in Jakarta who has a mini waterpark. the breakfast are amazing (in love with the kung pao chicken), the night view was amazing. This hotel is totally approved by my daughter.

The hotel is perfect for Family. Though the room is still old fashioned but it is very spacey, clean and cozy. We got a great city view from 18th floor. The pool is wonderful, my son really enjoyed the pool and waterplay. The hotel staff are very friendly and gave excellent service, esp. Pak Deddy and Pak Zul at Satoo resto. But, the breakfast quality and variety need improvement and menu could be updated.

We loved our stay! We booked a deluxe room, we're so delighted to find out we got upgraded to an executive suite on the 31st floor! It made our honeymoon all the more special. Clean and comfortable amenities. Will definitely return.

We had a great time here; It was my husband's birthday and they provide complimentary cake and decoration. My little baby sleep well in his baby cot, and my lil toddler girl is enjoying her bathtub so much. Will definitely come back for another staycation 👍❤
