The hotel located is very strategic, only 3 km from Soekarno Hatta Airport , clean & cozy room. All staff are friendly & helpful. the resto has great variance & taste of meals. Overall the hotel is great to stay with complete facilities & will recommended to friends & colleagues. Thank you

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Sheraton. The overall experience was excellent. The staff are some of the best we have encountered in all our hotel stays. Every member of staff we Interacted with was ultra professional, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. They are a credit to the Hotel and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel, although a number of years old, has been renovated very well and rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was great and offered a large choice of quality options to suit most tastes. We also ate in the Daily Social Restaurant and the quality of the food and service were impeccable. On more than one occasion, in multiple areas, the service went above and beyond what we expected and we would highly recommend a stay at the Sheraton Bandara Soekarno Hatta. P. S. If you are an aviation enthusiast the proximity to the taxi ways at T3 offer an amazing view of the aircraft.

It 's was a very enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Pak Sigit for extending our check out and to Mas Nobel for his excellent service and kindness during our dinner at the poolside. We will definitely stay again at this wonderful hotel. Terima kasih!

A really nice hotel to stay at any time and especially for access to international flight. A highlight of our trip was the evening spent at the Sheraton with friends and relatives able to visit and use the cafe and dining room. No request was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel who went out of their way on several occasions to make our stay memorable. It is easy to recommend this hotel.

Excellent spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. AC was wonderfully cold. Towels were thick and washcloths were provided, unusual in Indonesia. Plenty of bottled water was included too. The only minor negative was the pooling of water in the shower which caused the floor to be wet. I would highly recommend the Sheraton!
