The hotel is located in a very strategic location, only 3 km from Soekarno Hatta Airport, clean and cozy room. All staff are friendly and helpful. The resto has great variance and taste of meals. Overall, the hotel is great to stay with complete facilities and will be recommended to friends and colleagues. Thank you

The room was large, the bed comfortable and spacious—it could fit two adults and two children. The pool area in front of the restaurant was also very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're flying again the next day.

Our stay was fine, however our air conditioning started leaking on the floor at around 2am, so there was a big puddle of water on our floor. We mentioned this, and it was sorted but we only stayed for one night and as it started during the night there was little we could do about it. There are 3 small pools, but there are only around 10 sunbeds, and like in all places people are aloud to reserve them for hours at a time while they are not at the pool. Otherwise, service and staff are lovely. Bed was comfy and the rooms are nice.

It’s a 10 min ride by shuttle bus from the airport. This is a large resort style property set on a lake. Adequate gym. Breakfast buffet is decent. There is only one restaurant on site. My room was on the ground floor and had doors opening on to a garden. However, the room had a lot of mosquitoes inside which was uncomfortable. It was also very noisy even through the night. Staff are helpful and friendly.

My husband and I loved our stay when between flights to and from CGK! The room was very comfortable and clean, the aiport transfer was wonderful and most especially, the staff were incredible!! Every single staff member was lovely and welcoming, from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, the porters, cleaners and staff at both restaurants!! All were above and beyond expectations! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed a second time before flying home to Canada. We would highly recommend staying here and send genuine thanks to all the staff!
