Pesan 5 kamar untuk perjalanan dinas. Kamar 313 pintu kamar kaya habis dijebol orang, jelek banget. Kamar 225 saklar lampu rusak, pencet buat matiin lampu malah dia jebol. Minta kamar saya dibersihkan dan dirapikan karena saya 3d2n, ternyata saat kembali ke kamar hotel masih berantakan tidak dirapikan, handuk tidak di ganti dan sabun-sabun tidak direfill. Info resepsionis kata cleaning servicenya kamar sudah dirapikan, nyatanya belum sama sekali. Hotel dan kamarpun bau apek. Staff memang ramah semua, tapi sekelas Sheraton hotel (bintang 4) untuk pelayanan dan interior hotel nya sangat minim sekali. Saya rasa cukup sekali aja nginap di sini, terima kasih.

Children love to swim, the water is clean but the towel lending person should be on standby. Although the wooden handrail of the hotel looks old, the room is nice, modern, clean and spacious. The handrail is clogged so it can be checked again. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices, the staff in the restaurant are very friendly with children, the evening can be relaxed outside. Breakfast is also offered to be made tea coffee and there is ice cream. Thank you Sheraton Hotel, always be successful.

Toilet kamar kurang bersih makanan kurang variasi. Tidak ada lift susah bawa lugage coridor ada beberapa yang bocor sehingga berbahaya rasa makanan kurang order nasi goreng room service dingin.

Say baru check in jam 21.00, sehabis perjalanan jauh, berharap bisa langsung istirahat, ternyata diksih kamar rusak, saya lapor resepsionis, disuruh tunggu kurang lebih 35 mnt untuk engineering datang, come on pelaynan sekelas sheraton gitu, saya minta ganyi kamar aja biar gak nunggu lama, respsionis tetep kekeh bilang prosedurnya tunggu engineering.
