for the room smells musty like it hasn't been used for a long time. the bathroom also has poor drainage because water stagnates near the bathroom door. WiFi can't connect, cellphone signal is difficult, the fan is noisy, the TV screen is moldy and too high

Meskipun ekonomis, please kebersihannya tetap dijaga. Sprei dan sarung bantal tolong diganti setelah tamu check-out. bantal juga cukup keras. dacron bantal jangan terus ditambah. Please diganti agar tetap lembut. thanks.

The room is clean, the bed is single bed but the bottom can be pulled so the total is 2 single bed mattresses, the price is affordable, the location is rather entered into the complex but is quite strategic.

Come check in while showing an email on my cellphone that paid via online 27/12 check out 12/30. The owner said the room runs out for only one night. I said I paid for 3 nights. Finally after checking the room inventory. He said: This mother is high season. You can't pay that much. I said: I do not want to know, the important thing is I have paid online for 3 nights. Then the hotel owner said again: you could have 3 nights here. But every day you have to move to move rooms. Because the room is full. I am angry. I don't really matter and don't want to move rooms every day. Finally after standing in reception about 45 minutes. Then the owner said that there could be a room. Mother doesn't need to move to move. Even though on the 30th and 31st the des he said was fully book. In fact I see an empty room. I said: if you are confused don't accept the purchase via traveloka. I think my purchase of a standard room uses a private bathroom. Apparently not. Then I add money to the room that has a bathroom inside. Toilet for not functioning properly. Water flush box for flushing, it's automatically damaged. I called the employee but couldn't correct it. Ok That's my complaint

The service is very friendly, the bathroom is very narrow if you take the children less comfortably when taking a shower, the room lights are still not bright then when there is heavy rain in the room and it is seeping.

The standard room is not satisfying, the mattress is a bit hard, the bathroom is outside. The atmosphere of the house is dark, less sunlight can enter, even though it is on the 3rd floor. And on the 3rd floor there is no balcony, the layout is not neat. the hot water doesn't work at night.
