The admin responded quickly, the room wasn't too big but I happened to get the 3rd floor so it was a bit noisy because it was close to the main road.

the trashcan was so dirty i cant even look at it. the toilet/bathroom is small and it doesnt have tight door making the water easily splats from there to the unit entrance. worse, they didnt provide us bathroom mat, causing the water to just leak. the lightbulb on the centre of the room is dead so the room is darker. they didnt provide us tissue. wet toilet, wet entrance, no tissue, no mat? i know this is cheap accomodation but that was just too horrible

Don't forget to contact the admin before arrival. The staff is quick to respond, but there's a deposit here, so don't be surprised. The refund process takes 24 hours after check out. But it's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received a refund, so maybe it hasn't. The 21m2 room is small, the bathroom is also small, but there's a water dispenser, a dining table big enough for two people, a bed, and a side table that looks like a study table. The balcony is also small. Basically, it's not very clean for those who live there. Nice apartment, with a swimming pool, in a good area

Dirty glass like this, not cleaned. When I first arrived, the toilet was already wet and not dried. The sink was dirty from washing. The sheets smelled and had someone's hair on them. I suspect the sheets were dark because they weren't cleaned after each person stayed. The service was also bad, waiting for a very long time. Then I was blamed for not calling first, who knows, sir, there was no information. If it were other places, you would just come and check in without calling. Not friendly either.

The toilet and sink water smelled, making the entire room smell. The sheets were also dirty and had holes in them. Furthermore, the AC remote didn't work properly. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The location is great, but the management is lacking. The electricity token was out for 5 hours, and the admin was slow to respond, even though they had reminded them the night before when they checked in that the token would make a sound.

The swimming pool is clean but the room is very dirty, there is a lot of dust and trash under the mattress and on the balcony. The water heater doesn't work, the towels smell really bad of sweat, the refrigerator is dirty. The electricity token ran out but it took a long time to fill it up until I checked out early. Yesterday I got room f2-22K. Not recommended

Honest review. Sky House apartment is actually quite okay. but the room I stayed in was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the water dispenser had lots of spider webs. The bed sheets hadn't been washed for a long time. 1 towel was given but it smelled musty. the wifi didn't work, automatically the tv couldn't set anything because there was no internet. from the beginning I asked the admin via WA about the wifi, but it wasn't read until I wanted to check out. Kakarama's management is still bad. not wanting to badmouth but indeed a review as it is. the plus side is there are kitchen facilities, swimming pool and gym.

Booked here for a night due to a business trip. At first, I thought it was a hotel, it actually is an apartment. The room's layout was quite okay, but the cleanliness was horrible as if it was never been cleaned before, especially the bathroom which smells awful. On top of that, there were no facilities like extra towels, soap, shampoo, etc., making it a basic standardization for a place to stay. Instead, there was nothing. If planning to decide on renting it as a home stay, make it look like one! Was so uncomfortable that I had to check out at 7:00 AM. Very disappointed.
